In this piece, I explore the space between wakefulness and sleep, where consciousness fades, and imagination takes flight. This sculpture reflects the fluidity between mental states. The hollowed, tilted form evokes a descent into the unconscious, while the wing symbolizes freedom and fragility, highlighting the uncertainty of crossing the boundaries between reality and dreams.

This work addresses the complexities of mental and emotional states at the threshold of wakefulness and sleep, exploring the tension between restriction and liberation in these liminal moments.
